There should be no consideration for terrorist. They are inhuman because they target everybody both innocent and guilty. This is not a case of collateral damage. It is a case of unjust killing to push forward a concept whether it is wrong or not. I do not blame terrorist as long as they target those that is directly involved. Only in those cases will I give some consideration for clemency on compassionate grounds after serving 2/3 of their sentence and not any less. Reason-What if the terrorist knows he is already suffering from a terminal disease before he committed the crime. Does he deserved compassion. I certainly will not give it to him or her.
